Bankruptcy
Bankruptcy law is the body of law that governs the legal process by which individuals or businesses may seek relief from their debts. It provides a legal mechanism for debtors to reorganize their finances and obtain relief from their debts, or to have their debts discharged altogether. Bankruptcy law is intended to provide a fresh start for individuals or businesses that are unable to meet their financial obligations, while also protecting the rights of creditors. There are different types of bankruptcy proceedings available, including Chapter 7 liquidation, Chapter 11 reorganization, and Chapter 13 debt adjustment. The bankruptcy process is complex and can involve negotiations with creditors, asset sales, and court proceedings. Probate
Probate is the area of law that governs the legal process by which a deceased person's assets are distributed to their heirs and beneficiaries according to a will or trust. It can also involve determining how assets will be distributed if a decedent did not have a will. Administering a deceased person's estate, can include paying debts and taxes, and distributing assets. It can be time-consuming and expensive, and it is important for the personal representative of the estate to work with experienced attorneys who specialize in probate law to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and court rules. In some cases, probate can be avoided through estate planning strategies such as trusts and beneficiary designations.
Estate Planning
Estate planning is the process of arranging for the management and distribution of a person's assets and liabilities after their death. This includes creating a will or trust to specify how assets should be distributed, naming beneficiaries for retirement accounts and life insurance policies, and appointing a power of attorney to make financial and healthcare decisions in the event of incapacity. Trust administration is the process of managing and distributing assets held in a trust after the death of the trust creator. The trustee is responsible for carrying out the terms of the trust, which may involve making distributions to beneficiaries, managing assets, and fulfilling other requirements specified in the trust agreement. The trustee has a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the beneficiaries and to manage the trust prudently. Trust administration can be complex and involve legal and financial issues, and it is important for the trustee to work with experienced attorneys and financial advisors to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and to protect the interests of the beneficiaries.
Litigation

It involves filing a lawsuit and going through various stages, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and ultimately, trial.
